About this role

Summary The Implementation and Mobile Operations Manager provides high-level project management, implementation leadership, and operational oversight for the CAREScan Mobile Screening Center of Excellence, publicly operating as Screening for Life Wisconsin. This position is responsible for translating program strategy into coordinated implementation across multiple complex and interdependent workstreams, including mobile clinical operations, vendor and partner management, regulatory readiness, technology implementation, patient scheduling, community deployments, staffing coordination, and the launch of new screening and services.
