Summary The Workday User Experience Analyst I supports day-to-day operations in the Workday Solution Center by responding to employee (end users) questions and resolving moderately complex issues. This role acts as a bridge between end users and technical teams and serves as the first level Workday contact to end users seeking support primarily with Workday Financials. Primary Responsibilities Respond to troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex Finance inquiries. Escalate complex or business-critical issues to the appropriate team members.
