Summary The Finance User Support and Knowledge Base Analyst III is a strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide optimization of the Workday platform. This role leads cross-functional initiatives to enhance user experience, system performance, and business outcomes. As a senior subject matter expert in Finance-related Workday functions , the Analyst III provides thought leadership and partners with stakeholders to align Workday capabilities with organizational goals. A key responsibility of this position is to maintain the Workday Knowledge Base, which includes writing new and updating existing knowledge articles (job aids), training materials, and content for our User Support AI tool.
