About this role

Our client, a well-established residential retail mortgage lender is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with mortgage industry experience to lead the company's digital marketing strategy. This remote role owns brand presence, lead generation, and marketing support for loan officers across the retail production channel, while ensuring all campaigns meet mortgage advertising compliance standards. • Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy across web, email, social, SEO, and paid media (SEM/social ads). • Own the company website: content, user experience, and lead-capture/conversion optimization. • Build and manage CRM and marketing automation campaigns (e.g., Salesforce, Total Expert, Jungo, Surefire/Top of Mind) supporting loan officers and referral partners.…
