Join Vanguard’s Workplace Marketing Events team as an S3 Event Planner, Specialist, where no two days are the same. This role sits at the center of a vibrant event ecosystem, supporting a diverse array of high-visibility client-facing events. This includes everything from large enterprise meetings and consultant forums to targeted client and consultant council sessions, as well as VGNext regional meetings. Unlike traditional event planning roles, this position is focused on strategic planning, content development, and stakeholder management, rather than logistics.
