About this role

Under minimal supervision, performs a variety of skilled preventive and general maintenance, repair, construction and renovation work on facilities and systems. The hourly range is $27.18 - $45.51. Rate will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Performs preventive maintenance, adjustments, and basic repairs on piping and plumbing systems including fixtures, water fountain, bathroom equipment; steam and process hot water systems including control and isolation valves, steam traps, heat exchangers, pumps, and associated equipment; process equipment including tunnel washers, rack washers, bottle washers, autoclaves, bedding dispensers and drying cabinets, water treatment systems, etc.…
