About this role

Exhale Spa is seeking an outgoing, hospitality-focused Guest Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service while supporting spa operations, membership sales, and retail revenue. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide an outstanding spa and fitness experience. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reservations using Mindbody . Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, memberships, and gift cards. Utilize InfoGenesis POS systems for retail and service transactions. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recommending services, memberships, packages, and retail products. Support membership sales, renewals, and guest retention efforts. Maintain a clean, organized front desk and retail boutique area.…
