About this role
Als Production Manager Cans (gn) übernimmst du die operative Verantwortung für unseren Bereich Dosenabfüllung und stellst sicher, dass Output, Qualität, Effizienz und Liefertreue auf höchstem Niveau sichergestellt werden. In deiner Funktion als Abteilungsleiter Dose verantwortest du aktuell fünf Abfülllinien an zwei Standorten. Gemeinsam mit einem Team von rund 60 Mitarbeitenden sowie deinen direkt berichtenden Linienverantwortlichen steuerst du die Produktion im Dreischichtbetrieb. Du führst deinen Bereich mit klarer Zielorientierung, entwickelst Mitarbeitende und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter und sorgst für eine stabile, leistungsfähige und standortübergreifend abgestimmte Produktion.…
