SíSí is our rooftop restaurant and bar, sitting at the top of The Social Hub in the heart of Glasgow’s Merchant City. We’re all about bold Mexican-American flavours, creative cocktails, great music and an atmosphere that keeps the energy high. As Chef de Partie, you’ll take charge of your section, cook great food and help make sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is something to be proud of. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team, while also having plenty of room to sharpen your skills and bring your own ideas to the table.…
