Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It Florence is buzzing — and our members are at the center of it all. As our Member Relations Intern, you’ll be one of the first faces people see and the reason they want to come back. From welcoming new arrivals, hosting our member spaces, to checking in with long-standing members, you’ll help turn a great space into a genuine community. Some days you’ll be catching up with members over coffee, getting to know their work and what they need. Other days you’ll be tracking feedback, following up on concerns or helping the team spot who might need a little more love before they drift away. No two shifts look the same - and that’s exactly the point.…
