About this role
As the Quality Intern, your purpose is to learn about and support achieving TSH quality and operational excellence across our locations in Europe. Our objective as a Quality Team is to ensure our service delivery consistently meets or exceeds the established standards and requirements. We do this through regular analysis of guest service metrics such as quality assessments, audits, mystery guest visits, guest satisfaction data, and online reputation management. As a Quality Intern you will support in identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of solutions to enhance the overall guest experience. You will learn about improving standards, processes and procedures and revises them together with the team.
