在小红书这个平台上，我们致力于通过优质内容为家长和孩子提供更多教育资源与学习灵感。我们正在寻找一位优秀的小红书内容专家，帮助美国学而思内容矩阵用更优质的内容，将我们的故事讲给更多家长，建立信任，搭建品牌。
岗位职责：
负责小红书账号的内容策划与选题输出，结合目标用户需求、平台趋势和业务目标，持续产出有传播力、有转化力的内容方向。
具备敏锐的内容嗅觉，能够快速捕捉平台风口、用户情绪变化和热点议题， 结合Think Academy的品牌形象和产品特点，进行高质量的创作。
负责爆款内容的拆解、复盘与复制，能够从标题、封面、选题切口、内容结构、评论区反馈等多个维度总结规律，并形成可复用的方法论。
与运营、投放、销售或业务团队协同，围绕获客、转化、品牌心智等目标，持续优化内容策略，针对种草、引流、转化等不同目标，搭建高效的内容矩阵。
岗位要求：
有小红书内容相关经验，成功孵化账号、操盘账号、爆款内容策划或内容增长经验，对美国教育行业了解，或有教育、家庭消费、知识付费等赛道经验者优先。…
