About this role

ThinkWell is seeking a consultant who has experience in the Colombia health regulatory environment and can conduct the following work: Map the laws, decrees, resolutions, and reforms underway relevant to the white paper, including Ley 2294 de 2023, the INVIMA reform bill, and the government’s deregulation agenda. Conduct and document interviews with officials at INVIMA, MinSalud, and other institutions, and with health associations and gremios. About 10 interviews across two rounds. Assess the legal feasibility of candidate reforms, and identify the right instrument and approval pathway for each. Verify all legal references and institutional responsibilities in the draft and final white paper.…
