About this role

Our partner is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in Casa Grande, AZ . The Maintenance Supervisor will work with the Maintenance Manager to develop, manage, and lead a maintenance organization focused on maintaining long-term competitiveness. This role requires team-building, people management, leadership, interpersonal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. This is a second-shift position with a 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3). The position also requires participation in a 24-hour on-call rotation. Responsibilities Advance training and technical abilities within the maintenance staff. Oversee and provide training in electrical troubleshooting. Oversee major repairs and servicing of production and facility equipment.…
