About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex, large-scale solutions using .NET, Azure, React JS and Microservices architecture. You will own end-to-end delivery for key products or programs, driving technical strategy, architecture, and execution. In this role, you will solve ambiguous, high-impact problems, define design approaches, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business goals. You will lead multiple cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and establish best practices in coding, design patterns, and system design.
