About this role
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be the senior consultant clients want across the table when the conversation is about CRM architecture, process design, or a multi-quarter roadmap, not just platform configuration. You'll anchor 4 to 6 concurrent enterprise engagements, lead discovery and architecture workstreams, drive the value case, and grow accounts through follow-on engagements you personally anchor.
The role sits inside delivery, not above it: you co-own outcomes with PMs and implementation consultants, and you mentor the bench toward senior thinking.
A note on platforms. Thorit is a HubSpot Diamond Partner and most of our delivery work runs on HubSpot. Great senior CRM consultants, though, are great regardless of the platform they grew up on.…
