About this role

As a Lead AIOps Architect at Thoughtworks, you will be a hands-on technical leader driving engineering excellence and connecting our global AIOps capabilities with our regional client projects across APAC. As a seasoned AIOps practitioner, you will spend the vast majority of your time embedded in client project teams, designing production-grade solutions, writing high-quality code, and building automation pipelines on focused engagements. The rest of your time will focus on targeted technical pre-sales support, mentoring engineering teams, and advancing our internal AIOps practices.
