About this role

Your Responsibilities People Operations Support the People Team with day-to-day activities and employee enquiries. Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and collaboration with hiring teams. Help deliver smooth and welcoming onboarding and offboarding experiences. Maintain accurate employee records and support data collection, reporting, and analysis. Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, workflows, and People processes. Contribute to special projects based on your interests, strengths, and development goals.
