What tutoring at Thrive looks like You'll work one-on-one with K-12 students across core academic subjects -- reading, writing, math, science, test prep, or whatever sits in your wheelhouse. Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes, recurring weekly, with the same students over time. This isn't a gig-by-gig marketplace where you're constantly starting over with new families. When Thrive makes a match, it's built to last. You'll communicate directly with the family, show up prepared, and track your student's progress over time. We'll handle scheduling logistics, payment collection, and any friction that comes up on the family side. Your job is to teach. Sessions can be in-person, virtual, or a combination.
