About the Role Thrive Market is looking for an onsite recruiter to support hourly hiring at our Batesville fulfillment center. This person will welcome candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and take the time to understand our operation so we can hire people who are a good fit for the work and the team. We are looking for someone approachable, dependable, and comfortable connecting with people over the phone, onsite, and throughout the local community.
