About this role

This person owns the technical delivery of the common data model and domain services across several delivery teams across TIAA and Accenture. Working with the Enterprise Architect for high-level direction, this person owns detailed schema design, API contracts, event schemas, and migration sequencing, and is hands-on in code and design reviews.This Analyst-Engineer role uses AI tools like Kiro & context engineering to transform siloed legacy applications across Oracle, MongoDB, and Snowflake to build a consolidated future-state data architecture for the Education & Advice VS, aligning with Enterprise standards for Domain Services. This role will evolve into a fully AI-augmented Solutioner, working with SDLC agents, context engineering, and internal frameworks such as Unbound.…
