About this role

Reporting to the EVP & CIO of Nuveen Technology and Investment Operations, the Head of Strategy and Business Enablement is responsible for defining and driving the long-term technology, AI, data and operational strategy that supports Nuveen’s growth and competitive position as a global asset manager. Working closely with the OCOO, CIO and senior leadership, the role translates enterprise priorities into a forward-looking strategy and roadmap, ensuring technology, data, operations and investment are aligned to deliver business value, innovation and operational excellence.
