About this role

The Senior Lead Business Transformation plays a critical role executing enterprise level, multi-year programs with complex and deep impact in support of our Mission to Lead in Lifetime Income, Delight Our Clients, and Strengthen How We Operate. The focus of the role will be to provide subject matter expertise and support to the transformation team, and drive specific initiatives or projects that support the overall transformation strategy. Key Responsibilities and Duties Provides subject matter expertise. Has deep expertise in a specific area relevant to the workstreams, such as data analysis.
