The Patient Scheduler I is responsible for pre-registering and scheduling patient encounters for provider services and utilizing excellent customer services standards. The purpose of this position is to schedule patient appointments for designated areas according to Tidelands Health protocols. Provides courteous, professional and efficient service to patients and providers. Responsible for accurately completing registration process for all patients including collection of co-payments and patient demographic information.…
