Reporting to the Group Company Secretary, Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Director, you will own and lead the regulatory compliance programme for the Group as an individual contributor. You will translate the compliance and governance strategy into annual plans, policies and frameworks, manage the function's external advisors and compliance technology, and hold accountability for the compliance universe, monitoring programme and regulatory reporting.
