Afin d'accompagner cette dynamique, nous recherchons un Responsable des Opérations pour garantir la performance de nos restaurants Ta mission : Sur un périmètre donné (4 à 5 sites), tu es le garant de la performance (CA, satisfaction client, qualité de service, organisation, etc..) et de l'efficacité des opérations (Food Cost, plannings, maintenance).…
