Wofür wir dich suchen Als HR Partner (w/m/d) bist du für die operative und administrative Umsetzung zentraler HR-Themen auf Länderebene verantwortlich – mit Fokus auf Österreich. In dieser Rolle agierst du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren HR Business Partnern (w/m/d), die die strategische Ausrichtung der Unternehmensgruppe verantworten. Du stellst sicher, dass lokale Prozesse effizient, rechtssicher und im Sinne der vereinbarten HR-Ziele umgesetzt werden. Du verstehst dich als operative Drehscheibe und sorgst für eine reibungslose Umsetzung der HR-Kernprozesse entlang des Employee Lifecycle. Dabei leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zur professionellen Personalarbeit im Einklang mit den länderspezifischen Anforderungen.…
