Professional Engineer, Structural - Manufacturing & Heavy Industrial Facilities

Our employee‑owned, integrated team of engineering and design professionals is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural design for heavy industrial projects, including mining and production facilities. This role is focused on technical leadership and trusted client relationships, guiding complex structural design efforts, collaborating across disciplines, and serving as a key partner to clients throughout project delivery. Project management experience is valued but not required.   Hybrid Work Environment: Tuesday – Thursday in office | Monday & Friday remote. Candidates located outside of the Duluth, MN area may be eligible for a modified schedule (minimum one day per week in office) based on experience and business needs.
