Job Description: The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator manages and coordinates responses to truck and trailer breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime and efficient repairs. The role serves as the central communication point between drivers, maintenance shops, roadside service providers and operations staff. The coordinator tracks all breakdown events, arranges service, manages costs and ensures safe, timely return of equipment to service. Responsibilities Receive and respond promptly to driver breakdown calls or alerts. Assess repair needs and determine appropriate repair solutions (roadside service, tow, in-house shop).
