Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig und eigenverantwortlich: Markenauftritt im Handel : Du übernimmst die Personalverantwortung und -führung des Warenverräumer-Teams, um einen einheitlichen Markenauftritt von Ferrero im Handel zu gewährleisten und die Ferrero-Produkte optimal zu präsentieren. Personalführung: Durch die Auswahl geeigneter Warenverräumer für Ferrero und eine zielgerichtete Einarbeitung sowie Nachschulung sorgst du für abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben und stetige Weiterentwicklung des Teams.
