Delivery is one of the hardest parts of running a restaurant. Whether an order goes out with the restaurant's own driver or a Toast Delivery Services courier, a lot has to go right: the food has to be ready when the driver arrives, the right driver has to get the right order, and the guest needs to know where it is. When something slips, the restaurant has to make it right fast. Today much of that still depends on a manager watching a screen and making judgment calls in the middle of a rush.…
