About TOMRA is an international recycling company that is looking for a Customer Logistics Coordinator in Fayetteville, NY. The Customer Logistics Coordinator is a hybrid role that bridges customer service and logistics planning. This position is responsible for managing customer communications related to material pickups and service inquiries while also supporting the creation of route plans. PAY: $24.00-$25.00 based on experience Respond to incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner. Process service requests and communicate ETAs to customers through coordination with drivers and dispatchers. Accurately document customer interactions, pickup details, and follow-up requirements.
