Set the Standard. We're hiring a Lead Decorator for our upcoming Paradise Valley location, opening Fall 2026. You'll join the team ahead of opening to train, ramp up, and build the systems that define the quality and presentation of every product that goes out our door. All baked goods are produced at our Phoenix production warehouse and delivered to Paradise Valley — your job is to ensure everything that reaches our guests is finished, presented, and quality-checked to the highest standard.…
