About this role
Lead the infrastructure engineering team in the design and buildout of core infrastructure capabilities, to include cloud, on-prem systems, backup systems, databases, data center, and virtualization environment. This role will ensure the proper documentation of all systems and ensure the continual monitoring of all systems to ensure consistent compliance with up-time goals. Additionally, the Senior Manager, Infrastructure will lead efforts to work with the support team and provide tier 3 support for all incidents as needed.
