About this role
The purpose of a Technology Specialist I role is responsible for the full lifecycle of end-user computing devices at our TIW warehouse facility. This includes preparing and deploying new devices for onboarding, collecting and processing devices at offboarding, and maintaining accurate hardware inventory. You will work with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, Windows, macOS, and iPad devices, and Dell and Apple peripherals, so team members get working equipment quickly and company assets are tracked from receipt to retirement. Job Responsibilities Device provisioning and management : Enroll, configure, and deploy Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
