About this role

Position: Multi-Tech III Location: DeKalb, IL Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $31.51/hour Summary Description The Multi-Tech III is an advanced technical position responsible for safely setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing thermoforming equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and consistently. In this role, you will perform tooling changeovers, fine-tune equipment, verify materials and job specifications, monitor product quality, and ensure production runs meet customer requirements. As a Multi-Tech III, you will also use your advanced thermoforming knowledge to troubleshoot complex tooling and process issues, identify root causes of defects, optimize machine performance, and provide technical assistance to other team members.…
