HiL V&V Manager

What you will do: As the HiL Test Manager, you will lead a team of HiL test engineers responsible for the hardware-in-the-loop verification and validation (V&V) of Torc’s autonomous truck. You will own the HiL test strategy and set the technical direction for the team, ensuring that HiL test evidence supports Torc’s safety case and aligns with ISO 26262 (functional safety) and ISO 21448 (SOTIF). You will also partner with development, integration, systems, and safety teams and be instrumental in growing the robustness and safety of our self-driving technology. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of HiL test engineers, setting clear goals, priorities, and development plans.
