About this role

What you will do: As the Simulation Test Manager, you will lead a team of simulation test engineers responsible for the virtual verification and validation (V&V) of Torc’s autonomous truck. You will set the strategic and technical direction for the team, ensuring that simulation-based evidence for both perception and autonomous behavior supports Torc’s safety case and aligns with industry standards including ISO 21448 (SOTIF), ISO 8800, and ISO 26262. You will also partner with development, integration, and safety teams and be instrumental in growing the robustness and safety of our self-driving technology.
