About this role

LITIGATION LEGAL SECRETARY | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY Location: Irvine, CA | Full-Time, In-Office | $75K + DOE We are a busy, fast-paced plaintiff personal injury firm in Irvine looking for a highly experienced litigation legal assistant to run the desk for our litigation team. This is a fully in-office position with heavy deposition and discovery work on significant cases, along with trial exposure. You'll support 2–3 attorneys on a caseload of approximately 55 active cases, with new matters, settlements, and trials constantly moving through the pipeline. You'll work alongside 1–2 paralegals who provide additional support to the team.
