Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Handle volume hiring and build strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements. Recruit for global roles across diverse functions such as Sales, Finance, IT, Operations and Corporate Support. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS. Track market trends, talent availability and compensation benchmarks. Ensure a positive candidate experience and continuously improve recruitment processes.
