Student Engagement Advisor Customer Retention | Re-engagement | Sales Conversations | $67K–$69K + Super + Commission About the Opportunity Do you enjoy helping customers stay engaged while achieving meaningful sales and retention outcomes? As a Student Engagement Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping current students continue their education journey. Through a mix of outbound engagement and inbound support, you'll reconnect with students, guide them through their enrolment options, and help them stay on track to achieve their study goals.
