Analyze staffing logistics and forecast hiring needs to prepare proactive recruitment campaigns. Recruitment Execution: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Use various sourcing methods to attract diverse candidates, including social media platforms, networking events, job fairs, and recruitment databases.
