Position Summary: The Senior HRIS Analyst is a senior-level functional and technical resource responsible for administering and continuously improving the company’s HR technology ecosystem, with primary emphasis on UKG Pro and its payroll, reporting, workflow, integration, and workforce management capabilities. The role partners with Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, Tax, IT, and external vendors to support secure, scalable, and well-controlled solutions. This position also supports critical HRIS operations, projects, data integrity, process documentation, and cross-training to ensure effective service and operational continuity.
