About this role
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking Quality Assurance Engineer III that will be responsible for protecting TGCS and its customers by ensuring that products, services, manufacturing processes, supplier performance, and field quality outcomes meet defined requirements. The role begins during NPI and continues throughout the product life cycle, establishing quality plans, supporting Investment & Launch readiness reviews, monitoring production and field performance, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and maintaining quality governance artifacts. This position serves as the quality owner for End-to-End (E2E) quality reviews, field quality metrics, HW support quality alignment, RCA process discipline, and quality documentation stewardship.…
