The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the HR functions across multiple locations within a designated region. This position provides strategic leadership and ensures that all HR activities align with the company's goals, culture, and compliance requirements. The role includes driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training development, compensation and benefits, and fostering positive employee relations.
