About this role

Position Summary The Manufacturing Engineer supports ICS’ business objectives by driving manufacturing process development, production optimization, and documentation control to improve operational efficiency, product quality, and profitability. This role is responsible for translating customer requirements and engineering drawings into manufacturable solutions, including bills of materials (BOMs), labor standards, routing/traveler documentation, tooling requirements, and process instructions. The Manufacturing Engineer conducts manufacturability reviews, identifies and mitigates risks in customer documentation, and leads resolution of drawing discrepancies in collaboration with engineering and quality teams.…
