Job Title: Accountant Job Location: Brandon, FL Project Duration: 4+ Months Responsibilities: · To be responsible for sales and use tax compliance matters for the Company and related general ledger accounting functions. · This position will interact with the corporate tax department, Division Offices, and the Shared Services Centre personnel and provide assistance and support as needed. · Preparation, review and timely filing of required sales/use tax returns (and similar returns) for the client's North American operations. · Prepare and coordinate account analyses, journal entries, and reconciliations for month-end general accounting close for multiple divisions. · Handle routine correspondence with states on sales tax matters.…
