About this role
The Client Manager is responsible for managing relationships with property owners, ensuring smooth operations of all apartments, and overseeing compliance and reporting requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond promptly to urgent issues, fully time work in-office 6 days a week, and remotely in urgent case. Key Responsibilities Manage the DTCM portal, including handling new unit permits, cancellations, and any related documentation. Oversee the keyless smart lock system for all properties. Work with the accounts team to review monthly reports, save them as PDF files, and send them to property owners via separate emails till the 10th of each month.…
