Function: Responsible for the design, execution, and continuous optimization of store planograms across the country's convenience network, ensuring space allocation is grounded in rigorous sales, margin, and category analysis. Main focus on translating the Category Management Strategic Plan into accurate, ready to implement planograms, and providing the analytical backbone (Nielsen data, sales/margin reports, execution index) that supports category performance improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1- Planogram Development & Execution Design, build, and maintain store planograms by category, format, and store cluster using Spaceman.
