Main Purpose The Learning and Development Manager will play a critical role in identifying global training needs, developing effective learning solutions, and driving organizational development strategies across multiple regions. Working closely with stakeholders, the incumbent will design, implement, and assess various training initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget constraints, and quality expectations.
